Please forgive grammar and spelling mistakes today, the baby and I did not sleep well.
Weight: 137.5 lbs (down 0.2 lbs)
Bust: 39.5″ (down 0.5″)
Under Bust: 31.5″ (no change)
Waist: 33.5″ (down 0.5″)
Hips: 39″ (no change)
With the air conditioner issue last week (it took us longer than expected, but it’s all replaced now) it was really too hot to work out in the house, and my husband was busy dealing with the AC so he couldn’t watch the baby. I only got one swim and a couple Momma Strong workouts in. Despite not making it this week, I’m going to keep that goal going. So 2 swims and at least 3 Momma Strong workouts. I’d eventually like to make the workouts a daily thing, but we’re still concentrating on baby steps and making small cumulative positive changes.
The fruits and veggie goal went much better. Baby carrots are an easy snack and I’ve started adding berries to my breakfast cereal. Then since dinner always has veggies and lunch is usually leftovers, this has been a pretty easy goal to reach. I’m going to keep that momentum going.
Next week’s additional goal is to drink more water. Nothing too crazy, but I’ll try to get at least 75 ounces every day. That’s just three of my refillable bottles, and easy enough to do as long as I remember to refill them and keep one handy.
